We work with various kinds of fabrics from woven to knitting including chiffon,satin, cotton,faux PU, faux fur,sequins etc. We dont work with silk, real leather or real fur(for animal protection).

Yes we have professional printing suppliers and we can customize your own printing.

We have design team who would come up with new styles weekly for our clients to choose from. (This is a separate and independent team from team who work with in house designs from our clients.)We can design exclusively based on the mood board from you.

Our MOQ is 200pcs/color/style because this is most likely the quantity for us to take fabrics in rolls.

Our monthly capacity is 180,000pcs to 200,000pcs and we have plan to expand our factory if needed.

Our sample lead time is 7-10days. We have a big sample room who can make out more than 500pcs samples every month. We hope this way, we can make sure to bring the samples into life quickly for our clients.

Lead time for production is 4-5 weeks. We want to make sure all of our products are made to the quality level we promised and on precondition of this, make production as quickly as possible. For any urgent POs, we can always adjust as priority to ship earlier. Reorders also take less time for production.

Inspection applies from fabric inspection,cutting panel inspection, inter inspection and final inspection. When we place bulk order, we have a small piece of fabric from confirmed sample to go with order sheet to our purchasing team,which will be used as the standard to check bulk fabric. We will make a correct sample as production reference with all the comments applied,which will be used in final QC stage for inspection. During sewing, we will randomly check the in line work and cutting panel. After thread cutting and pressing, our final inspection team would inspect bulk because we understand how important to keep the level of high quality for our clients and their customers.
